Below is a list of candidates who are not grading and the reasons. Please consult with instructor if explanation is required.

[Time] - Minimum-time-in-rank required. See curriculum. Increased if only training once weekly, or due to period of absence.

[Regularity] - Regular attendance of 75% within the minimum-time-in-rank.

[Theory] - Insufficient progress in theory course.

[Other] - Other considerations need to be discussed with instructor eg. physical health, risk assessment required.
